Our raw honey, rested with whole vanilla pods until it takes on a soft, rounded warmth. Lovely stirred through yoghurt, spooned over porridge, or taken straight off the spoon.

How to use

Best where the vanilla has room to show — over yoghurt, porridge, rice pudding, or stirred into coffee. Also very good on a warm croissant.

Ingredients

99.7% Honey. 0.3% Vanilla Extract (contains alcohol). 0.3% vanilla pods.

Texture & crystallisation

Raw honey sets over time — it may turn grainy or solid, especially in a cold cupboard. Nothing has gone wrong. Stand it in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes and it will loosen again.

How it is made

We infuse in small batches and give it time rather than heat — whole pods, split and left in the honey for weeks until the flavour has properly settled in. The honey is never pasteurised, so it keeps everything that makes it raw.
