We will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch orders within the timescales indicated on the website.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete.
Where an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, any reasonable additional delivery costs incurred for re-dispatch may be charged to the customer.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including postal delays, industrial action, adverse weather, supply shortages or carrier failures.
