How to use

Enjoy straight from the spoon or drizzle over toast, yoghurt, porridge, pancakes and desserts. Vanilla Infused Honey is particularly delicious with ice cream, pastries, fruit and desserts, or stirred into hot drinks. Chilli Infused Honey is particularly delicious drizzled over pizza, cheese, grilled meats, fried chicken and roasted vegetables, or used to add a sweet and spicy kick to marinades, sauces and dressings.

Ingredients

Raw Seasonal Honey: 100% honey. Vanilla Infused Honey: Honey, vanilla. Chilli Infused Honey: Honey, chilli flakes, cayenne pepper.

Texture & crystallisation

Raw honey sets over time — it may turn grainy or solid, especially in a cold cupboard. Nothing has gone wrong. Stand it in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes and it will loosen again.

How it is made

Our Raw Seasonal Honey is produced on a small scale from Essex apiaries from the natural flowers and forage available throughout the season. It is extracted and gently prepared for bottling while retaining its natural flavour and character. Our Vanilla Infused and Chilli Honeys both start with our raw Essex honey, which is carefully infused to create the signature flavours.

Flat-rate UK delivery is £3.95 however much you order, or collect free from the apiary in Felsted, Essex — we will be in touch to arrange collection.
